Architectural Specifications Writer

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field 
  
• 5-10 years of experience in specification writing for commercial and industrial projects
  
• Minimum CSI-Certified Construction Documents Technologist (CDT); preference for CSI-
• Certified Construction Specifier (CCS); SCIP membership a plus
  
• Familiarity with construction specifications software such as MasterSpec or SpecLink
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook and Teams as well as
• PDF software such as Adobe or Bluebeam
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Ability to multi-task between multiple projects and project types concurrently within the office during varying stages of design.
  
• Architectural licensure a plus
  
• Experience preparing construction documents a plus
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
