Sponsor Program
Purpose: To help fund SCIP events, programs, professional promotions, and member benefits, and to promote SCIP throughout the construction industry and encourage membership among construction specifiers.

Education Day Sponsorship
Education Day Sponsor: $1500
Sponsor for the Sunday Education Day
only.
Includes:
- Recognition in the annual SCIP meeting announcements and program
- Recognition on the SCIP website. Logo display with hyperlink on SCIP website for upcoming fiscal year.
- Two tickets to attend Sunday (education day) of the SCIP meeting
Full Conference Sponsorships - SOLD OUT
Exhibiting Sponsor: $3000 (limited to 38)
Includes:
- Recognition in the annual SCIP meeting announcements and program
- Recognition on the SCIP website. Logo display with hyperlink for the upcoming year.
- Two tickets to attend Monday/Tuesday (big room days) of the SCIP meeting
- Tabletop exhibit Both Days during the SCIP meeting
Add-ons to Exhibiting Sponsorship:
Presenting slot: $1000 (limited to 16 total)
Includes:
- Exhibiting Sponsor benefits, plus:
- Ten minutes to address the SCIP meeting attendees, with AV if desired
- Premium logo display with hyperlink, on SCIP website for upcoming fiscal year
- First invitation will be offered to sponsors who did not present previous year
Education Day Sponsor: $1,000 (limit 10)
Includes:
- Exhibiting Sponsor benefits, plus:
- Recognition in the Education Day announcement and program
- Two tickets to attend Education Day (Sunday)
Meal Sponsors: $1000 (Two available: Lunch Monday or Tuesday)
- Exhibiting Sponsor benefits, plus:
- Present brief welcome message before lunch break, no AV
- Tent sign on buffet, with logo and company name
Add-a-person: $250 per person per day (in addition to the 2 people included with base sponsorship)
- Adds one additional person for either Monday and/or Tuesday. Please limit to 1 additional person per company (3 total)
- Note: Education Day sponsors also have the option to Add-a-person for attendance on Sunday.

SCIP is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit District of Columbia corporation. Sponsorships may be tax deductible. Check with your accounting professional. The SCIP Board of Directors, in consultation with the members, will decide how sponsorships will be used. Information about how sponsorships are used will be provided to sponsors upon request.
