Primary responsibilities include preparation of architectural specifications and front end documents, reviewing architectural drawings and collaborating with architect clients to determine scope, maintaining list/log of open specification items for projects, collating and compiling project manuals, preparation of guide specs, and possible maintenance of office master.

Minimum 4 years experience in preparing specifications is required.

Salary range to be discussed based on experience.
